Certification of Responsibility Matters

 Sierra Nevada Global Logistics (SNVGL) is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and compliance in all business dealings. In alignment with Executive Order 12689, SNVGL requires certification regarding responsibility matters to ensure that all individuals and entities associated with the company adhere to ethical and legal standards. 

Sierra Nevada Global Logistgics  

• Has not been convicted of or had a civil judgment rendered against them for fraud, antitrust violations, embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records, making false statements, tax evasion, or receiving stolen property.
• Is not presently indicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a governmental entity with any of the offenses listed above.
• Has not, within the past three years, been terminated for cause or default by any federal agency.
• Has not, within the past three years, been notified of any delinquent federal taxes.
